Are there any catches or hidden charges in using your service?
There is no catch! No additional or set up charges will be applied.

2. My network has charged me more than advertised to call your access number?

We do go to great lengths to ensure the information displayed on our site accurately represents the most up to date network operator pricing policies. Because the network operators are responsible for their own pricing, they may from time to time review pricing and not inform us. If you feel you have been overcharged please contact your mobile operator or contact Customer Services with details at admin@ngoma.co.uk.

3. Can I use your access numbers from outside the United Kingdom?
No, the Ngoma service as described on our website is designed for UK and USA mobile users. You can dial our access numbers from outside of the UK, however would be strongly advised non UK based users to contact their service provider to check their charging policies for calls to UK mobile access numbers before using our service.

4. Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
No, the price stated on our website for each access number is the per minute charge inclusive of VAT which you will see on your phone bill. The only additional cost would be if your provider charges a standard call connection fee for any calls. Typically this ranges between 3p and 10p across the main phone providers.

5. How do I contact customer services?
The best way to reach our customer services department would be though the email address provided on our website. Please go to our contact page, should you wish to get in touch with us.

6. When I ring someone abroad will they be charged for the call as well?
The owner of the international number will not be charged.

7. What currency are call costs advertised in?
All calls are shown in sterling pence per minute.
